Growth drives InSite Group’s Office relocation

A strong local market, 3 years of diversification and an expansion strategy that now sees InSite established as a National Operator have been the key motivators behind InSite’s decision to take on a new fringe CBD facility.

At  triple the size of InSite’s current office, the new West Leederville facility will allow InSite Group to bring its key operations to the one site. With the latest addition of InSite Maintenance, an independent entity focused on general and programmed Commercial Maintenance, now having been in operation for over a year, the requirements of the business and type of office accommodation has evolved.

The business will maintain InSite Commercial Interiors current high end corporate office specifications within the main building which will feature a high end reception and waiting area, collaborative meeting spaces, a specialised design studio and of course our renowned bar and casual meeting area where our clients and business partners will be welcomed as always. The site also has two buildings that will house the InSite Maintenance team along with a workshop for pre-site preparation.

With ample onsite parking and a closer proximity to the CBD, we are excited to be taking the next step in InSite’s 52 year evolution as your preferred Interior Design, Fit Out and Maintenance service provider.  We will keep you posted on the progress as we see the build come together over the next couple of months!
