PEET has a newly refurbished home!

Land developer PEET has recently undergone a complete refurbishment of their office over 2 levels in one of Perth’s most renowned CBD locations.

InSite worked closely with PEET demonstrating the benefits of undertaking a refurbishment of their existing tenancy. After an extensive brief process, InSite’s design team produced a layout showing how the space could be redesigned to meet their requirements, along with developing a program to show how the works could be staged so as not to impact their daily operation.

In addition to the fitout, there were base build upgrades to be carried out within the tenancy. InSite also managed scheduling these works as an integrated fitout to reduce the financial impact to the asset owner. As the base building works were run concurrently with the fitout, an added level of site supervision was required to make certain everything was completed with no hassle to the landlord and client.

Some of the key features in this fitout include a high end, custom reception finished with a feature timber panel inset ceiling which runs parallel to one of the front of house meeting rooms. Stylishly upholstered banquet seating lining the corridor creates a path of travel through to PEET’s boardroom area. The fitout is complete with a generous sized breakout, filled with vibrant loose furniture which can be reconfigured to meet the individual’s desired layout. This area has created an informal environment for staff and client meetings.

InSite successfully delivered this project so PEET experienced minimal interference to their business and ultimately, achieved their brief of providing a contemporary new environment to their staff and clients.
